Please read these terms & conditions carefully before booking. You should understand that by booking any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By booking and paying for a tour with Dublin Polaroid Tours, you agree to and accept the following terms & conditions. This agreement is between you, the participant (henceforth referred to as “you” or “participant”) and Dublin Polaroid Tours.
Order, contract and communication language is English.
None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Our prices are displayed in Euro (EUR)
To make a booking and guarantee your place on a Dublin Polaroid Tour, you must provide payment in full. Payments can be made to Dublin Polaroid Tours by booking online. You can place a booking or reservation with Dublin Polaroid Tours either by e-mail or online-booking.
Upon confirmation of your booking, Dublin Polaroid Tours will issue you a confirmation number and/or an e-ticket. This confirmation number is required for participation in the selected tour.
Dublin Polaroid Tours reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and tour offerings without prior notice.
Dublin Polaroid Tours are guided walking photography tours.
All tours are operated in English, but other languages are available on request. If you need a guide skilled in a specific language please inquiry with our support team.
Full payment is required upon booking. Minimum cancellation of 48h required, where 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No refund shall be made if cancellation occurs within less of 48h of the tour.
In general tours are scheduled for approx.120 to 150min. About 20 minutes of that time is used for briefings and explanations and the rest is leisurely paced walking.
Tours run regardless of weather conditions and unless stated otherwise.
Camera & Film
It is not mandatory to rent a Polaroid camera to attend the tour. You will need to select the no camera option for this.
If choosing the camera option, a bond is to be given on the day for the photography equipment:
Original Passport/ID card or 80 euros in cash
It is possible to purchase instant film from your guide during the tour. Please keep in mind that we accept cash only during the tour.
In case of damage to the equipment accidental or not, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit refund to cover the loss and repair or ask for payment of the security deposit to release the documents.
Instant photography involves a chemical process and results may vary due to various reasons such as weather conditions, temperature, light conditions, etc. (this is a non-exhaustive list).
The participant should be at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour is scheduled to start. You agree that Dublin Polaroid Tours representatives may take photographs and films of you whilst touring. You agree that images may be used for marketing purposes by Dublin Polaroid Tours. These images may be used in, but are not limited to, brochures, websites, print media and promotional videos. These images may be used for publicity and advertising without Dublin Polaroid Tours obtaining further consent or payment for the use of the images.
Cancellations & refunds
Tours may be canceled/changed by Dublin Polaroid Tours due to unforeseen circumstances. Dublin Polaroid Tours reserves the right to cancel/change tours. In the event a tour is canceled/changed, you will be notified via email. In the event of a cancellation by Dublin Polaroid Tours you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
There is NO insurance included in the cost of any Sophort and Instant Tours product.
